I am a PhD in Physics from University of Barcelona (UB), whose work’s on Complex Networks and in particular Network Geometry. I earned my MSc in Advanced theoretical Physics at UB and joined the “Mapping Complexity Lab” in 2017. Before, I was enrolled in a computer science PhD program on Complex systems Economics at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Nowadays, I work as a commercial mathematical modeller, but my research interests still involve socio-ecological systems and the synergies between network theory and machine learning. I love working on problems at the intersection between physics, dynamical systems and computer science, always aiming towards interpretable models. In particular, I am experienced in hidden metric spaces, network embedding, data analysis and modeling of dynamics with emergent behavior.
Since May 2021, I occasionally work as a Course designer at Gauss Online. A role that involves working with a great team of mathematicians and engineers to deliver premium STEM video-lessons.
